Following a successful Series A and rapid customer growth, we’re expanding our GTM team to meet surging demand. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll build and operate the revenue engine driving PointOne’s next phase of growth. This hands-on technical role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll design and manage systems that deliver the right message to the right law firm at the right time—at scale. You’ll write production code, own outbound campaign infrastructure, and be accountable for generating real pipeline. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design, build, and optimize automated outbound campaigns using tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Apply AI to every layer of the funnel: account identification, signal detection, enrichment, personalization, and sequencing - Integrate and maintain our GTM stack, including CRM, enrichment tools, outbound platforms, and internal systems - Run structured experiments on messaging, channel mix, timing, and segmentation, building measurement infrastructure to track results - Collaborate directly with sales leadership and founders to translate pipeline strategy into scalable, working systems ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a technical GTM-adjacent role - Proficiency in Python or SQL, working with APIs, and building complex workflows - Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Proven track record of building outbound systems that generate measurable pipeline (not just configuring tools) - Curiosity and creativity in applying AI to GTM challenges in innovative ways - Builder mindset: you ship quickly and iterate fast - Systems thinker with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of ICPs - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure from scratch ❖ Why Join PointOne?
