Our team is passionate about operational excellence and customer success, serving a diverse range of users—from utility inspectors to soldiers in the field. ❖ About the GTM Engineer, Pre-Sales Role As a GTM Engineer, Pre-Sales, you’ll work at the intersection of technical innovation and go-to-market strategy. You’ll identify high-impact problems across sales, marketing, and partnerships, then design, build, and implement scalable solutions using tools like n8n, Zapier, and Clay. Your work will drive efficiency and growth across Skydio’s B2B SaaS operations, ensuring our GTM teams move faster and smarter. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with go-to-market teams to uncover friction points and opportunities for AI or automation - Translate business challenges into actionable, buildable specs and scalable workflows - Own the full solution lifecycle: design, build, ship, iterate, and ensure adoption - Prioritize a backlog focused on high-leverage, scalable impact—not just quick fixes - Use the right tools for the job, from lightweight automations to robust architectures - Partner with legal and security to ensure responsible deployment and data governance - Document solutions and track adoption, ensuring knowledge is shared and outcomes are measured ❖ What Sets You Apart - Deep understanding of GTM teams—sales, marketing, partnerships, RevOps, or BizOps - Proven experience deploying AI-assisted workflows and automations in real-world environments - Technical fluency to write specs, evaluate builds, and identify where AI drives business value - Strong instincts for building scalable, durable systems that can grow with the organization - Excellent communicator, able to translate between GTM and engineering teams - Action-oriented, with a bias for rapid iteration and continuous improvement ❖ Preferred Experience - Experience with Palantir Foundry - Background as an internal product manager or technical program manager for RevOps/BizOps - Hands-on expertise with Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools - Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days of employment ❖ Compensation & Benefits Skydio offers competitive base salaries ($103,500 - $140,000), equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and a 401K savings plan. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible roles.
