Be the architect of Probook’s marketing engine as our first Marketing & GTM Operations Lead. With a unified, scalable solution, we empower home services companies to run their entire dispatch operation efficiently, without the need for 24/7 live staffing. ❖ The Opportunity: Build Marketing from the Ground Up As the first Marketing & GTM Operations Lead, you’ll create Probook’s marketing function from scratch. This is a builder role—designing systems, running experiments, and owning results. You’ll work directly with the CEO to define our brand, develop case studies and proof content, drive event strategy, and build the experimentation infrastructure that powers our growth. This is not a campaign manager position; you’ll be both the creative strategist and the technical executor. ❖ What You’ll Do - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and GTM strategy for a B2B SaaS company - Produce 12+ high-impact case studies and video testimonials annually, quantifying ROI and customer success - Lead Probook’s presence at 10+ industry events each year, from logistics to VIP dinners, ensuring every lead is captured and every event drives measurable pipeline results - Build and manage experimentation and GTM tooling—think cold outbound, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn, and paid channels—delivering real-time dashboards on funnel performance and CAC - Own the creation of social proof assets that fuel outbound, sales, and event materials ❖ Who You Are - Proven track record moving real funnel metrics: conversion rates, reply rates, CAC, and more - Hands-on experience building data-driven or automation solutions (custom dashboards, enrichment workflows, AI-assisted content systems) - Strong creative instincts with the ability to produce compelling case studies and defend positioning - Comfortable running multiple workstreams—rebrands, events, and more—without missing a beat - Self-sufficient: you don’t need a team, PM, or agency to deliver results - Direct experience working with founders or CEOs on brand and content strategy - NYC-based and available to work in-office five days a week ❖ Requirements - 2+ years in a growth, GTM engineering, or marketing operations role at a Series A–D B2B SaaS company - Demonstrated ownership of measurement loops: A/B tests, funnel metrics, and automation tools you personally built - Experience producing case studies, running events, and managing agencies - Quantitative rigor—whether from a technical degree, entrepreneurial background, or economics/analytics experience - Specifics matter: be ready to discuss the tests, numbers, and tools you’ve used ❖ Why Probook? - Join a 30+ person team with deep industry roots and top-tier talent (MIT, Harvard, UPenn M&T, Waterloo, Citadel, Palantir) - Shape the future of a category-defining AI SaaS company in a market with massive tailwinds - $XXM ARR in 18 months, cash-flow positive, and proven product-market fit—now scaling - As the first marketing hire, you’ll have a blank canvas and direct access to the CEO—every system and playbook starts with you ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary: $130,000–$160,000+ (higher for exceptional experience) - Meaningful equity stake as a founding marketing team member - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - $1,000 monthly lifestyle stipend (food, gym, Uber) and premium office snacks - Direct access to world-class investors and advisors Ready to define the marketing foundation for a high-growth AI SaaS company?
