About Rabbet
Rabbet is the leading platform for construction finance management, connecting people and data to help commercial lenders and real estate developers manage over $150B in assets with greater speed, accuracy, and confidence. Our cloud-based software centralizes construction finances, automates administrative work, and delivers real-time visibility into billions of dollars of commercial construction projects. Founded in 2017, Rabbet is a small, but growing team of ~25 employees is backed by QED Investors, Goldman Sachs, and Y Combinator.
About the Role
Rabbet is looking for a GTM Engineer who views revenue operations through an engineering lens. You will architect the backend engines powering our entire internal go-to-market loop. This role is a perfect evolution for a technical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager, RevOps Developer, or Growth Engineer who wants to move away from rigid, manual administrative tasks and focus entirely on building high-leverage data pipelines.
You will eliminate manual spreadsheets for our customer-facing teams by linking core product data tables to our commercial systems to automate outbound marketing, prospect data lookups, and real-time customer usage and billing alerting triggers. You will operate like an internal product team serving our GTM teams, running on rapid, weekly or bi-weekly sprint delivery cycles—scoping data plays, shipping functional prototypes, measuring immediate pipeline/operational ROI, and scaling what works.
Ideal Background Paths
We recognize that the best candidates for this position come from non-traditional hybrid backgrounds. You are likely an ideal fit if you fall into either of these profiles:
* The Technical RevOps Track: You have extensive experience working within modern Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops environments. However, you hit a ceiling with basic no-code tools or standard native workflows and began writing custom scripts, manipulating relational database objects, and connecting external APIs manually to solve operational constraints.
* The Growth / Analytics Engineering Track: You possess strong technical foundations in SQL, Python, or data modeling, but you prefer to work directly on systems that generate immediate pipelines and business growth, rather than being siloed away in core product infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Multi-Signal Campaign Orchestration: Own and manage advanced enrichment pipelines in Clay. Programmatically aggregate complex buying triggers from news articles, and firmographic layers to power contextual sales outbound campaigns.
* Conversational Intelligence Syncing: Integrate conversational insights from call recordings (Claap payloads and AI-generated insights) directly into Salesforce custom fields to bridge the gap between sales conversations and structured database metrics.
* Lead Routing Engine Ownership: Design, optimize, and maintain complex lead routing pathways and Salesforce account ownership to ensure high-intent leads are correctly matched to account owners instantaneously based on active marketing and sales touchpoints.
* Account-Based Attribution Reporting: Architect multi-touchpoint reporting frameworks to track cross-channel journeys to inform budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.
* Automated Billing & Consumption Tracking: Extract internal product usage metrics (credit month consumption across annual contracts) and pipe them into Salesforce to replace manual tracking spreadsheets with automated customer-facing notification loops.
* Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure all automated scraping, data enrichment, and internal sync pipelines adhere strictly to corporate data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA), SOC2 compliance frameworks, and secure PII (Personally Identifiable Information) handling protocols.
Required Technical Skills & Competencies
* Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and database structures (SQL, relational table architecture).
* Deep experience with modern GTM orchestration tooling (specifically Clay, Zapier, or n8n) and CRM governance frameworks (specifically Salesforce custom objects and routing triggers).
* Salesforce Architecture & Limit Controls: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture constraints, specifically managing API governor limits, bulk data loading processes (Bulk API 2.0), and avoiding custom object row-locking or sync latency issues.
* Deterministic AI Engineering: Experience with structured prompt engineering techniques to ensure LLMs reliably produce deterministic, schema-compliant JSON outputs from unstructured data sources (e.g., call recordings, web scrapes) before mapping to production databases.
* A commercial, ROI-focused mindset—you prioritize moving business metrics and building robust pipelines over writing mathematically perfect enterprise application systems, while fiercely maintaining baseline data cleanliness.
You What's In It For You
* Join a high-caliber, mission-driven team
* Competitive compensation with equity for all employees
* 401(k) with generous employer match
* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
* Parental leave, flexible PTO (that we encourage you to use), and remote flexibility
* Investment in your professional growth and development
* A strong culture of learning, inclusion, and collaboration
* Affinity groups, monthly culture events, and weekly well-being chats
