❖ Role Overview
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll support our go-to-market execution by managing Zoho CRM, enriching data, and automating workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, ensuring our CRM data is clean, accurate, and campaign-ready. Your work will power outbound campaigns and enable our teams to operate at peak efficiency.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, including leads, contacts, accounts, and deals
- Ensure CRM data quality through cleaning, deduplication, and accuracy checks
- Build and enrich target account and contact datasets using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Support cold outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
- Execute and monitor lead flow, routing, and lifecycle tracking
- Create and manage automation workflows using Zoho, Zapier, and related tools
- Prepare campaign-ready datasets for sales teams
- Build basic reports and dashboards for pipeline tracking and performance
❖ What You’ll Need
- Solid understanding of CRM systems (Lead → Contact → Account → Deal)
- Familiarity with the B2B sales funnel and outbound campaign strategies
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data cleaning and structuring
- Quick learner with a strong ownership mindset and structured thinking
❖ Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Exposure to lead generation and prospecting tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of automation workflows (trigger-action logic) using Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Experience with tools such as Instantly, HeyReach, or Leadfeeder
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python and email deliverability best practices
