Here, you’ll find massive opportunities for impact and true ownership of your work. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer focused on Marketing and SDR teams, you’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, automation, and GTM strategy. Your mission: identify high-leverage challenges in demand generation and prospect engagement, then design and build solutions that drive measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a product manager and builds like an engineer, directly influencing pipeline velocity and customer engagement in a B2B SaaS environment. ❖ What You’ll Do - Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to uncover, scope, and prioritize automation and AI opportunities - Design and implement workflows, automations, and data pipelines to boost productivity and efficiency - Explore APIs, SDKs, and emerging AI tools (OpenAI, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, Glean) to accelerate GTM execution - Translate business needs into technical solutions, balancing speed with scalability and security - Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to deliver robust, measurable improvements - Own projects end-to-end, from problem discovery to solution delivery and iteration ❖ What We’re Looking For Must have: - 2–5 years’ experience building or supporting GTM systems in roles like GTM Engineering, Business Technology, or Solutions Engineering - Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or APIs to real-world problems - Familiarity with modern AI and automation tools (OpenAI, Cursor, n8n, v0/Vercel, Glean, or similar) - Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity - Action-oriented mindset with a track record of moving quickly from idea to solution - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Thrive in a high-growth, small-team environment with significant autonomy Nice to have: - Ability to write prototype or production-level code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages - Experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Pocus, Asana, or related tools - Exposure to experimentation, analytics, or performance measurement in a GTM context ❖ Compensation & Benefits The estimated base salary range for this GTM Engineer role is $96,000 – $144,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation depends on location, experience, and qualifications.
