We deliver systematic, automation-driven competitive advantages for ambitious SaaS teams. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll design, launch, and optimize high-performance outbound campaigns for our clients. This is a technical, automation-heavy position ideal for someone who sees outbound as a revenue engine, not just lead generation. You’ll embed directly into client revenue operations, owning campaign architecture, signal-based workflows, outbound sequencing, and automation infrastructure. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and deploy outbound campaigns using Clay as the core orchestration engine - Design signal-based prospecting workflows leveraging intent data, trigger events, and enrichment pipelines - Integrate and optimize outbound tool stacks (SmartLead, HeyReach, n8n) - Reduce time-to-launch for new outbound campaigns - Continuously test and refine messaging, sequencing, and targeting strategies - Implement automation to drive performance and efficiency - Own CRM attribution feedback loops and iteration cycles - Collaborate with Fractional CRO leadership on revenue strategy ❖ What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: - Deep, hands-on experience with Clay (required) - Proven expertise in outbound campaign architecture - Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments - Strong understanding of GTM systems, lead enrichment, and automation - Familiarity with CRM attribution models - Ability to work US hours (preferably PT) Nice-to-Haves: - Experience with n8n or similar automation tools - Background in AI experimentation and workflow optimization - SaaS or venture-backed startup experience - Exposure to CRO-level revenue strategy ❖ Why Join Us?
