As we expand, we’re seeking a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS expert to elevate our revenue engine and support our rapid growth.
❖ The GTM Engineer Role
As GTM Engineer, you’ll own the end-to-end lead generation infrastructure, from sourcing and enriching target market data to building automated workflows in Clay and HubSpot. Reporting to the CMO and collaborating closely with Sales leadership, you’ll ensure qualified leads are routed efficiently, driving pipeline growth and conversion at scale. This is a unique opportunity to be the architect of our GTM systems, working at the intersection of Growth, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and integrate external and internal data providers to maximize global market coverage
- Design, build, and maintain advanced lead identification, enrichment, and routing workflows in Clay and HubSpot
- Own HubSpot CRM architecture, ensuring data quality, deduplication, and seamless lead handoff to Sales
- Provide Marketing with segmented audiences for advertising, nurture, and ABM campaigns
- Support accurate funnel reporting and outbound campaign infrastructure across business units
- Partner with Salesforce Admins to configure field mappings between HubSpot and Salesforce
- Select and implement global outreach tools for multi-channel prospecting and sales enablement
- Build playbooks and best-practice documentation for Sales reps using HubSpot
- Lead Claude-driven projects to streamline marketing operations and manage KPI reporting
- Troubleshoot CRM issues, manage Google analytics trackers, and continuously evaluate new GTM tools and data providers
- Stay current on AI-powered prospecting, B2B sales intelligence, and modern GTM tech stacks
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 2–6+ years in GTM Ops, Growth Ops, RevOps, or sales/growth engineering roles, with hands-on experience building modern GTM systems
- Independent proficiency in Clay and HubSpot, including complex workflow design and CRM management
- Proven track record in B2B data sourcing, lead qualification, and enrichment at scale
- Deep understanding of enterprise B2B buying groups and complex sales cycles
- Strong attention to data quality, structure, and accuracy
- Experience with tools like Claude, Zoominfo, Demandbase, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to translate commercial needs into automated, scalable systems
Preferred:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and intent data platforms
- Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or enterprise software B2B markets
- Experience supporting ABM programs or account-based GTM motions
- A curious, experimental mindset focused on workflow optimization
