❖ About the Role
As the GTM Engineer / Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll take full ownership of RemotePass’s outbound strategy, tooling, and reporting. You’ll consolidate and streamline processes that span ICP definition, target account segmentation, and channel mix—leveraging platforms like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and Outreach to maximize outbound performance. Your expertise in cold outbound, AI-powered workflows, and multi-country B2B SaaS sales will be critical as you build scalable systems that fuel our SDR team and drive pipeline growth.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end outbound strategy: define ICP, segment accounts, select targets, and optimize channel mix (email, LinkedIn, calling, signal-based plays)
- Build and manage the outbound tech stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, dialers, enrichment tools, and AI-powered solutions
- Design enriched, scored target lists to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads to SDRs
- Develop and iterate outbound sequences using data-driven A/B testing on messaging, timing, and channels
- Own outbound reporting: track activity-to-meeting, meeting-to-opportunity, and opportunity-to-revenue, partnering with sales leadership for weekly reviews
- Drive pipeline attribution and outbound experimentation, documenting learnings for continuous improvement
- Champion AI and LLM-powered outbound: implement agentic workflows, signal-based triggers, and personalization at scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, RevOps, Marketing, and Data to align outbound with the broader revenue motion
- Act as the technical RevOps lead for new outbound initiatives across markets, segments, and products
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 5-7+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Outbound Operations, or Sales Productivity roles within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success moving key outbound metrics (meetings booked, reply rates, pipeline created)
- Hands-on expertise with Clay, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, and HubSpot; able to independently build multi-step Clay workflows
- Advanced SQL or spreadsheet skills for data pulls and dashboard creation
- Comfort with light scripting and API integrations (webhooks, Zapier/Make, Python or JavaScript for automations)
- Strong commercial acumen: sharp understanding of ICP, message-market fit, and buyer psychology
- Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and ability to tailor outbound strategies for multi-country buyers
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered outbound and personalization at scale is a strong plus
