❖ About the Role
As our GTM Engineer / Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll take full ownership of RemotePass’s outbound strategy and revenue operations. You’ll consolidate and streamline processes, tooling, and reporting that currently span multiple teams, building a system that drives outbound success in every active market. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who can wire up tools like Clay, HubSpot, Outreach, and Apollo, while also thinking deeply about ICP, message-market fit, and pipeline conversion.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end outbound strategy: define ICP, segment markets, select target accounts, and optimize channel mix (email, LinkedIn, calling, signal-based plays).
- Build and manage the outbound tech stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, dialers, enrichment platforms, and AI-powered tools.
- Design and deliver enriched, scored target account lists to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads to the SDR team.
- Develop, test, and iterate outbound sequences using data-driven insights; run structured A/B tests on messaging, channels, and timing.
- Own outbound reporting from activity to revenue, partnering with sales leadership for weekly performance reviews.
- Drive pipeline attribution and lead the outbound experimentation roadmap, documenting learnings for team-wide adoption.
- Champion AI and LLM-powered outbound strategies, including agentic workflows, signal-based triggers, and scalable personalization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, RevOps, Marketing, and Data to integrate outbound with the broader revenue motion.
- Act as the technical RevOps lead for new outbound initiatives—whether launching in new markets, segments, or product lines.
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 5-7+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Outbound Operations, or Sales Productivity roles within B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success moving outbound metrics that matter (meetings booked, reply rates, opportunity conversion, pipeline creation).
- Hands-on expertise with Clay, Apollo or ZoomInfo, Outreach or Salesloft, and HubSpot; able to independently build multi-step Clay workflows.
- Advanced skills in SQL or spreadsheets for data pulls and dashboard creation.
- Comfort with light scripting and API integrations (webhooks, Zapier or Make, basic Python or JavaScript).
- Strong commercial instincts—deep understanding of ICP, message-market fit, and buyer psychology.
- Knowledge of the EMEA region and experience tailoring outbound strategies for multi-country buyers.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered outbound, agentic workflows, and personalization at scale is a strong plus.
