You’ll own the Revenue Planning & Strategy pillar, designing and executing revenue models that drive predictable growth across the region. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Lead accurate, predictive revenue planning and modeling for EMEA - Translate performance data into actionable business insights and clear narratives - Design scalable territory, coverage, and quota models to maximize market opportunity - Enhance transparency and consistency in compensation, policies, and growth planning - Leverage BI tools (Power BI, Fabric), SQL, CRM platforms (Dynamics 365), and automation to streamline processes and reduce manual effort - Enable AI-driven execution and advanced analytics to optimize GTM strategy - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, and Global RevOps to operationalize regional priorities - Build integrations and automation across the SaaS sales stack, including Outreach, Gong, and 6sense ❖ Key Skills & Experience - 5+ years in Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software - Deep expertise in CRM and BI tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Salesforce) - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets and data visualization experience - Proven track record in sales performance, territory design, quota management, and revenue forecasting - Experience supporting multiple sales segments and GTM motions across EMEA - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership - Hands-on experience with sales stack tools and automation - Solid understanding of sales cycles, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies ❖ What Makes AvePoint Unique At AvePoint, you’ll join a diverse, inclusive team that values your unique perspective and empowers you to make a real impact.
