❖ About the Opportunity
As a GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations at ContactMonkey, you’ll be a key architect of our next-generation revenue engine. You’ll own and optimize our GTM systems—including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay—while building scalable workflows that enhance lead distribution, forecasting, and pipeline management. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered automation and actionable insights that accelerate revenue growth in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
❖ Your Impact
- Own and evolve the GTM technology stack, managing Salesforce and HubSpot architecture, workflows, integrations, and data quality
- Build high-impact automations in Clay for enrichment, routing, personalization, and outbound/inbound workflows
- Evaluate and implement GTM tools to boost speed, data accuracy, and revenue visibility
- Design and deploy AI-powered revenue automation, reducing manual work and improving GTM execution
- Manage lead and account distribution, optimizing routing logic, territory mapping, and SLA tracking
- Partner with Marketing to streamline inbound lead flow, demand gen operations, and channel performance reporting
- Support analytics and forecasting by maintaining clean data flows and building dashboards across AWS AppFlow, Athena, QuickSight, and CRM platforms
- Strengthen sales process and methodology, supporting MEDDIC adoption and building enablement tools using Gong insights
❖ What You Bring
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or GTM Engineering
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot, including architecture, process design, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Clay or similar tools for AI-powered automation and CRM enrichment
- Strong data fluency: data schemas, SQL, analytics infrastructure
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS GTM motions, pipeline generation, and sales methodology
- Detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and skilled at rapid iteration using low-code/no-code and AI tools
❖ How You Can Stand Out
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Experience with AWS AppFlow, Athena, QuickSight, S3, or similar BI/data tools
- Expertise supporting MEDDIC or enterprise sales methodology in Salesforce
- Gong administration, call analysis, and enablement workflow experience
- AI personalization at scale, outbound automation, lead/account scoring, or sales-assist workflow experience
- Background in high-growth SaaS environments with cross-functional teams
- Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) and experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, HubSpot Operations Hub, APIs, or reverse ETL tools
