❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll power our Allbound Engine by building, optimizing, and maintaining automation workflows. You’ll work behind the scenes to enable our Strategists to drive revenue growth for partners through intent-based campaigns, leveraging your expertise in Clay, HubSpot, and data integration.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize Claybook processes aligned with our Allbound Maturity Model
- Integrate and orchestrate tools like Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and Outbound Sync
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy for cold outbound and campaign execution
- Design innovative solutions to unlock value from our data and tech stack
- Collaborate with Allbound and RevOps teams to support GTM campaigns
- Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and platform fluency
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience building complex data enrichment and automation workflows
- 1+ years advanced experience with Clay, including integration capabilities
- Hands-on experience with web scraping tools and data manipulation (CSV, data cleaning, validation)
- Proficiency in remote communication (Google Meet, Slack, email)
- Operate with honesty, integrity, and a team-first mindset
❖ Bonus Skills
- Agency background
- HubSpot expertise (Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops Hub)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Vector/RB2B, Copy.ai, SmartLead/Lemlist, Ads Platforms, Chili Pipe, Sendoso
