Short Description of the Role
Our market is a defined universe of named companies, and winning comes down to knowing exactly which of them to talk to this week and why. You will build and run the engine that answers that question: tier the account list, run the data analysis on public signals of demand, automate that analysis, and put ranked target lists with reasons into HubSpot every week.
You also keep the CRM clean and produce forecasts management can put in front of a board. The strategy exists and is owned by the Head of Commercial, you will make it run, and you will help to shape it.
You will be measured on
Whether sellers work from your lists, and what converts from them.
How much recurring manual work you have automated.
CRM data quality and forecast accuracy.
You need
2-5 years in revenue operations, sales ops or commercial data work, with CRM administration (HubSpot preferred).
Strong data analysis and structured-data skills, and an automation habit. Build with code, low-code or AI tools.
Strong commercial judgement, you will check your own work against whether it helps someone sell.
You do not need
Wind knowledge on day one, or ambitions to redesign our go-to-market. If you want a strategy seat immediately, this is the wrong position.

Place of work
Based in Torggata, central Oslo, Norway or in Dublin, Ireland with the first 2-3 months on site in Oslo. Travel to clients and conferences 1-5 times a year, 1-2 days at a time.
