❖ Role Overview: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
This is not a traditional demand generation or marketing role. As the GTM Engineer, you will own the system-level infrastructure powering go-to-market strategy. You’ll define target accounts, identify buying signals, enrich and structure data, and trigger timely actions to drive pipeline generation. Your work will sit at the intersection of growth, RevOps, and data engineering, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Clay, Salesforce, Apollo, and Clearbit.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Develop TAM mapping and targeting strategies, building ICP models, account scoring, and segmentation logic to focus on high-fit, high-intent accounts
- Build systems for signal detection and intent monitoring, operationalizing triggers such as job changes, hiring patterns, and website activity
- Design and implement account-based GTM infrastructure, including enrichment pipelines, trigger-based prospecting, and lifecycle automations
- Create scalable outbound and pipeline generation systems, integrating AI-assisted personalization and signal-triggered campaigns
- Develop tiered GTM workflows for personalized engagement with Tier 1 accounts and efficient automation for broader outreach
- Own the outbound infrastructure, from account research and enrichment waterfalls to workflow automation
- Build full-funnel lifecycle automation connecting signals, account stages, and outreach across sales and marketing
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and high data integrity
- Maintain data quality through enrichment logic, deduplication, and system hygiene
- Run experiments and performance analytics to identify high-impact signals and workflows
- Establish cross-functional feedback loops with sales, marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting and messaging
❖ About You
- 3–6 years in growth, GTM systems, RevOps, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience building GTM systems from scratch
- Deep understanding of sales-led growth and pipeline mechanics
- Systems-first mindset, thinking in workflows rather than campaigns
- AI-native, leveraging tools like Claude, Clay, and ChatGPT
- Highly data fluent, skilled in enrichment, scoring, and experimentation
- Technically adept, able to build complex systems independently
- Commercially sharp, focused on translating work into revenue
- Fast, iterative, and results-driven
❖ Preferred Experience
- Built enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and outbound systems
- Worked with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clearbit, and Clay
- Designed workflows that convert buying signals into qualified pipeline
- Conducted structured experiments to improve conversion
- RevOps experience or deep understanding of revenue systems
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation tools, and ability to write SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience selling into enterprise or finance personas
