About the Role

Aven's partnerships channel is growing. The infrastructure behind it needs to catch up. This role sits at the intersection of field work and systems building. You'll go deep with external partners to uncover where adoption breaks down — then come back and engineer the tooling, automations, and workflows that prevent it from happening again. The expectation is that you make yourself obsolete on every problem you solve by replacing it with something durable. This isn't a pure engineering role and it isn't a pure GTM role. It's both, and the best candidate will be uncomfortable being described as only one of them. What the work looks like Own the technical layer across Aven's entire partner ecosystem — driving adoption and fixing what breaks Design and ship internal tools, AI-assisted systems, and automation workflows that make the GTM motion faster and more reliable Debug cross-system failures across APIs, data pipelines, third-party integrations, and automation logic when things behave unexpectedly Build the dashboards and alerting infrastructure that gives internal teams and partners real visibility into performance Run outbound campaigns end-to-end — research, enrichment, personalized sequencing — converting cold accounts into active deals Spot the recurring manual work and failure points in the partner funnel, then replace them with system-level fixes that hold Produce the documentation, enablement assets, and executive-facing materials that make Aven's value proposition easy to understand and act on Who fits this role 3+ years in a technically-oriented role — Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical RevOps, or equivalent Solid software engineering foundation: data structures, clean code, debugging, testing SQL fluency and working proficiency in at least one general-purpose language; comfortable with APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, and databases Shipped real things — production tools, automations, or integrations — whether in a professional context or through substantial side projects High agency: you move fast in ambiguous situations and your default response to repetitive work is to automate it Confident in partner-facing conversations; you can hold a room and drive a consultative process Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tooling: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, n8n, or similar Nice to have: Background in SEO/GEO, lead nurture infrastructure, website conversion optimization, or growth experimentation
