This full-time, remote position (EU hours) is ideal for someone who excels with Clay, outbound systems, and data-driven research. You’ll collaborate closely with GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers to transform ICPs into accurate, campaign-ready lead lists that fuel cold outbound and GTM campaigns. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build targeted B2B lead lists using ICPs, industry, company size, job titles, locations, technologies, and buying signals - Create, enrich, and organize prospect data in Clay for campaign readiness - Research companies, decision-makers, competitors, and market segments for B2B SaaS and tech clients - Source relevant contacts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, company websites, and leading lead generation tools - Enrich leads with emails, LinkedIn profiles, company data, tech stack, funding, and hiring signals - Verify and clean data to ensure high deliverability and reduce bounce rates - Support GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers with account research and audience building - Build reusable lead generation workflows and recommend automation improvements - Organize data in Clay, Google Sheets, CSVs, or CRM-ready formats - Identify new niches, targeting angles, and prospecting opportunities for client campaigns ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proven hands-on experience with Clay (required) - Strong background in B2B lead generation, list building, enrichment, or GTM data operations - Deep understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound campaign needs - Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing tools - Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills - Ability to conduct in-depth research beyond surface-level data - High attention to detail and commitment to data quality - Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently - Excellent written English - Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new GTM, AI, and lead generation tools ❖ Bonus Skills - Experience with Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, ZeroBounce, Dropcontact, Ocean.io, BuiltWith, StoreLeads, Crunchbase, or similar tools - Familiarity with AI-assisted research, web scraping, or no-code automation - CRM data preparation and email deliverability basics - Cold email campaign preparation - Background in B2B agencies, SaaS companies, or high-growth startups - Experience supporting multiple client campaigns simultaneously ❖ What Success Looks Like - Campaign Managers trust your lead lists for accuracy and relevance - Clay tables are clean, structured, and easy to navigate - You can clearly explain why each company or contact fits the ICP - You proactively suggest better sourcing methods and workflow improvements - You help the team move faster without sacrificing quality ❖ Why SalesCaptain? - 100% remote work—no commutes, flexible location - Collaborative, passionate, and supportive team culture - Paid vacation, days off, and sick leave - Engaging team-building activities - Free books and Kindles for personal growth - Specialized training to deepen your Clay and GTM expertise - Work with leading B2B brands, startups, and scaleups - Exposure to the latest AI, outbound, and GTM tools - Your ideas directly impact campaign performance and client success Ready to accelerate your career as a GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist?
