❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and own the outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts. This hands-on builder role is ideal for someone passionate about Clay, lead generation, data enrichment, and outbound automation. You’ll collaborate closely with GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers to transform ICPs into high-quality, campaign-ready lead lists and design scalable, automated outbound workflows.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end outbound systems: from ICP definition and TAM scoping to campaign launch, CRM sync, and performance reporting
- Build advanced Clay workflows, including enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, Claygent researchers, and custom API integrations
- Design and implement signal-based triggers using tools like RB2B, Trigify, Common Room, and Clearbit
- Develop multi-channel automation workflows with n8n, Make.com, and Zapier, connecting data sources, enrichment layers, sequencers, and HubSpot CRM
- Leverage AI (Claude, GPT-4, prompt engineering in Clay) for hyper-personalized cold outbound at scale
- Write lightweight Python or JavaScript scripts and work directly with APIs when needed
- Brief Outbound Strategists on new workflows, intent signals, and targeting strategies
- Continuously test and adopt emerging data, enrichment, and AI tools to stay ahead of the curve
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience building outbound or revenue systems in a B2B agency, GTM consultancy, or SaaS environment
- Advanced Clay user with a track record of building complex workflows, AI columns, and custom integrations
- Systems thinker with a strong automation mindset—always seeking to streamline manual processes
- Technically adept: comfortable with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic scripting (Python/JS)
- Commercially minded: understands ICPs, outbound messaging, and pipeline impact
- Deep interest in the GTM tooling ecosystem and a proactive approach to testing new tools
- Native or advanced English (C1–C2) with clear communication skills
- Self-directed, accountable, and able to independently deliver high-quality systems
- Experience in Tech, SaaS, or B2B software, with insight into buyer personas
- Backgrounds in RevOps, outbound operations, Clay consulting, or senior BDR/SDR roles welcome
