Our remote-first team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and a passion for driving measurable impact in the B2B SaaS space. ❖ About the GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist Role As a GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and optimizing lead generation workflows for international B2B clients. You’ll leverage Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other advanced tools to create, enrich, and organize high-quality, campaign-ready lead lists. Your expertise will directly fuel outbound campaigns and help our clients reach their ideal customers faster and more effectively. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build targeted B2B lead lists based on ICPs, industry, company size, job titles, and more - Use Clay to automate, enrich, and clean prospect data for cold outbound campaigns - Research companies, decision-makers, and market segments for B2B SaaS and tech clients - Source and verify contacts using LinkedIn, Apollo, company websites, and databases - Enrich leads with emails, LinkedIn profiles, company data, tech stack, funding, and hiring signals - Maintain data quality by cleaning and verifying information to reduce bounce rates - Support GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers with account research and audience building - Build reusable lead generation workflows and suggest process improvements - Organize data in Clay, Google Sheets, CSVs, or CRM-ready formats - Identify new niches, targeting strategies, and prospecting opportunities ❖ Who You Are - Hands-on experience with Clay is required - Proven track record in B2B lead generation, list building, or GTM data operations - Strong understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound campaign needs - Skilled with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing tools - Advanced Google Sheets or Excel abilities - Detail-oriented with high data quality standards - Able to research beyond surface-level data and explain lead relevance - Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently - Excellent written English and a curiosity for new GTM, AI, and lead generation tools ❖ Bonus Skills - Experience with Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, ZeroBounce, Dropcontact, Ocean.io, BuiltWith, StoreLeads, Crunchbase, or similar tools - Familiarity with AI-assisted research, web scraping, or no-code automation - CRM data preparation and email deliverability basics - Cold email campaign setup - Background in B2B agencies, SaaS companies, or high-growth startups - Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously ❖ What Success Looks Like - Campaign Managers trust your lead lists for accuracy and relevance - Clay tables are clean, structured, and easy to navigate - You proactively suggest better sourcing methods and process improvements - You help the team move faster without sacrificing quality ❖ Why SalesCaptain - 100% remote work—work from anywhere, on EU hours - Collaborative, passionate team environment - Paid vacation, days off, and sick leave - Team-building activities and growth opportunities - Free books and Kindles for professional development - Specialized training to deepen your Clay and GTM expertise - Exposure to leading B2B brands, startups, and the latest GTM and AI tools - Your ideas directly impact campaign performance and client success Ready to accelerate your career as a GTM Engineer / Lead Generation Specialist?
