We’re a global team obsessed with innovation, data, and delivering results for our clients. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and own our outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of data, automation, AI, and outbound strategy. You’ll design and implement fully automated outbound systems that power high-performing campaigns at scale. This is a full-time, remote position working EU hours. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and optimize end-to-end outbound systems: from ICP definition and TAM scoping to campaign launch, CRM sync, and performance reporting - Develop advanced Clay workflows, including enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, Claygent researchers, and custom API integrations - Design signal-based triggers using tools like RB2B, Trigify, Common Room, and Clearbit to identify high-intent prospects - Create multi-channel automation workflows with n8n, Make.com, and Zapier, connecting data sources, enrichment layers, sequencers, and HubSpot CRM - Use AI (Claude, GPT-4, prompt engineering in Clay) to generate hyper-personalized cold outbound at scale - Write lightweight Python or JavaScript scripts and work directly with APIs when needed - Brief GTM Strategists on new workflows, intent signals, and targeting strategies - Stay ahead of the curve by testing and adopting emerging data, enrichment, and AI tools ❖ Who You Are - 2+ years of experience building outbound or revenue systems at a B2B agency, GTM consultancy, or SaaS company - Advanced Clay user with a track record of building complex workflows, AI columns, and custom integrations - Systems thinker who automates manual processes and thrives on efficiency - Technically adept: comfortable with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic scripting (Python/JS) - Commercially minded: understand ICPs, outbound messaging, and pipeline impact - Deeply engaged with the GTM tooling ecosystem and always exploring new solutions - Native or advanced English (C1–C2) with strong communication skills - Self-directed, accountable, and able to deliver without micromanagement - Experience in Tech, SaaS, or B2B software, with insight into buyer personas - Backgrounds in RevOps, outbound operations, Clay consulting, or senior BDR/SDR roles welcome ❖ What Success Looks Like - GTM Strategists trust your data and lists without double-checking - Prospect lists are accurate, relevant, and campaign-ready - Clay workflows are clean, efficient, and well-structured - You can clearly explain ICP fit and suggest better sourcing methods - You help the team move faster while maintaining high quality ❖ This Role Isn’t for You If - You’ve never used Clay - You only know basic manual LinkedIn scraping - You prioritize lead quantity over quality - You need detailed instructions for every task - You dislike repetitive, detail-oriented data work - You’re not excited to experiment with new tools and workflows ❖ Why Join SalesCaptain? - 100% remote work—no commutes - Collaborative, passionate, and friendly team - Paid vacation, days off, and sick leave - Exciting team-building activities - Free books and Kindles for personal growth - Specialized training to become a top Clay and GTM expert - Work with international B2B brands, startups, and scaleups - Exposure to cutting-edge AI, outbound, and GTM tools - Your ideas directly influence client growth and business outcomes Ready to architect the future of outbound for leading B2B SaaS brands?
