This high-impact, full-stack operations role is perfect for someone who treats internal systems with the same rigor as production products. You’ll bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams can scale efficiently. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Own the technical roadmap for our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ, Marketing Automation, and more), integrating tools into a seamless, scalable ecosystem - Engineer workflow automation to eliminate manual bottlenecks across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, boosting team velocity - Design and maintain robust data pipelines between GTM tools, ensuring accurate, unified revenue reporting - Partner with Product and Engineering to operationalize new features and pricing models within internal systems - Build infrastructure for the entire customer lifecycle, from automated lead routing and scoring to renewal and expansion workflows - Serve as primary administrator for core GTM platforms, managing permissions, deployments, and technical debt - Develop advanced dashboards and analytics, translating system data into actionable insights on sales velocity, conversion health, and platform adoption - Leverage AI agents and tools (including Claude) to accelerate integration prototyping and automate repetitive GTM workflows ❖ What We’re Looking For - 4+ years in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Systems, with a focus on systems architecture and workflow automation - Proven engineering mindset—experience building complex business logic and scalable internal products - Advanced integration skills with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (Zapier, Clay, Workato, Tray.io) - Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools like HubSpot, Unify, Clay, and n8n - Strong logic and schema design skills for mapping business processes into automated system logic - Builder mentality—passion for transforming manual processes into streamlined, automated workflows - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to translate business needs into technical solutions ❖ Benefits & Perks - Competitive compensation in cash and equity - Early exercise for all options, including pre-vested - Remote-first culture—work from anywhere - Flexible paid time off and year-end break - Health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents (US/Canada) - 4% 401k/RRSP matching (US/Canada) - MacBook Pro delivered to your door - One-time home office setup stipend - Monthly meal and social meet-up stipends - Annual health, wellness, and learning stipends ❖ Why Sardine?
