Reporting to the Senior Manager of RevOps, you’ll design, build, and launch AI-driven agents and workflow automation that accelerate our sales and demand generation teams. You’ll own the architecture and execution of systems that transform how we work—maintaining clean data, creating trusted reporting, and building repeatable, AI-powered workflows that make selling faster and smarter. This is a unique opportunity to define what an AI-powered GTM motion looks like at ServiceCore and Docket. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and build AI-powered GTM systems that drive efficiency and reduce manual work for sales and marketing - Implement and optimize tools like Gong, Clay, Claude, and AI-driven workflows to automate outreach and improve pipeline quality - Develop reusable AI workflows and agents for pipeline reporting, deal review prep, forecasting, and SDR outreach - Apply LLM capabilities, prompt orchestration, and agentic frameworks to surface actionable insights for reps and leadership - Own and evolve integrations across our GTM stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, Chili Piper, and HubSpot - Design enrichment pipelines and data flows to deliver the right context at the right time - Set standards for automation and ensure seamless connections as our AI footprint grows - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX to prioritize projects, drive adoption, and maintain process documentation - Stay current on emerging AI models, automation tooling, and orchestration platforms, bringing the best ideas to the team ❖ What We’re Looking For - 5+ years in technical revenue operations, sales systems, or GTM engineering roles - Proven experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments - Hands-on expertise with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and AI-driven workflow design - Proficiency with automation/orchestration platforms (Zapier, custom API integrations, MCP servers) - Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, reporting, and object relationships - Experience with modern GTM tools: Gong, Clay, HubSpot, Outreach - Strong technical judgment and the ability to translate business processes into scalable systems - Excellent cross-functional communication and documentation skills ❖ Work Environment & Perks - Hybrid work: Tuesdays and Wednesdays in our Denver office (free parking), or fully remote - Weekly catered lunches and a fully stocked kitchen for Denver-based employees - Bi-weekly Grubhub lunch stipend for remote team members - Regular company events and outings - Company-provided hardware of your choice - Open, casual office culture that values growth, collaboration, and fun ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $115,000–$150,000 (DOE) - 14 company holidays plus open time off policy - Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance with generous employer contributions - 401(k) with company match - A culture that lives by our core values and celebrates your success Ready to build the future of AI-powered GTM systems in B2B SaaS?
