We’re assembling a foundational sales team of ambitious professionals ready to drive innovation in the data space. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS As our GTM Engineer, you’ll architect and operate the outbound engine that transforms ICPs and account lists into a scalable, high-quality sales pipeline. This hands-on, technical role is ideal for someone passionate about building systems that enable precision targeting, signal-driven outreach, and measurable pipeline growth. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and optimize the outbound engine using Clay and similar tools - Design and manage tables for ICP accounts, personas, and enrichment data - Integrate multiple data sources to create actionable datasets for cold outbound - Develop dynamic, signal-driven targeting systems for high-impact outreach - Drive community engagement and content distribution across LinkedIn, niche data communities, and operator groups - Collaborate with Marketing to translate product use cases into clear, compelling content, including demos and short videos - Own data enrichment by integrating external providers and layering in intent, behavioral, and trigger-based signals - Build scoring logic to prioritize accounts based on fit, timing, and engagement - Design and automate outbound workflows across CRM, sequencing tools, and platforms like HubSpot and Clay - Enable programmatic outbound with personalized messaging at scale, reducing manual SDR work - Support SDRs with research, execution, and account-level context - Define and maintain pipeline infrastructure, ensuring seamless movement from target to engaged to meeting to pipeline - Run experiments to test data sources, signals, and workflows, continuously iterating to improve performance - Partner closely with Demand Gen, SDRs, Sales, and Product Marketing to align targeting, messaging, and execution ❖ Who You Are - Experienced GTM Engineer, Growth Engineer, RevOps Engineer, or technical growth/operations professional in B2B SaaS - Hands-on expertise with Clay or similar outbound automation tools - Deep understanding of outbound pipeline generation and sales operations - Systems thinker with experience across CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and automation platforms - Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and no-code tools - Strong sense of ownership with a bias for rapid execution ❖ What Success Looks Like - Outbound engine is live and powered by high-quality, enriched data - SDRs are using prioritized account datasets for structured, repeatable outreach - Pipeline generation is measurable, visible, and consistently improving - Clear insights into what drives meetings and pipeline growth Ready to make your mark as a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS?
