You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge GTM tools, automation platforms, and AI workflows to drive intelligent targeting and accelerate our mission to win key US semiconductor accounts. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and optimize end-to-end outbound systems, including ICP segmentation, signal-based prospecting, targeted list building, and event-led outreach - Execute A/B testing of outbound messaging and sequences, leveraging tools like Clay.com, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Design and run LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads with custom audiences, and create persona-specific sales collateral - Develop and implement demand generation strategies, including email marketing, nurture sequences, and pre-event campaigns - Build agentic workflows using Claude/LLMs, work with APIs and automation platforms, and apply prompt engineering for GTM use cases - Utilize data enrichment workflows (Clay, Apollo, Firecrawl), lead qualification processes, and custom scoring rubrics - Conduct competitive intelligence, market research, and extract structured data from unstructured sources - Apply a metrics-driven approach to optimize reply rates, meeting book rates, and conversion health ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proven experience as a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS, with hands-on expertise in outbound strategy, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing - Proficiency with GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and automation platforms - Familiarity with AI tools, LLM workflows, APIs, and prompt engineering - Basic knowledge of Python and web scraping - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move fluidly between technical tooling and GTM strategy - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with an experimentation mindset ❖ Perks & Benefits - Real ownership and growth: Lead impactful projects from day one - Competitive pay and 100% health coverage for you and your family - Global exposure: Collaborate with fabs worldwide and travel to the US, Singapore, Taiwan, and more - Learning support: Budget for courses, certifications, and personal development - Vibrant team culture: Off-sites, game nights, and a close-knit, supportive team - Hybrid flexibility: Offices in Singapore and Bengaluru, plus remote work options ❖ Why SixSense?
