We’re passionate about making a difference in education and seek team members who share our commitment. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll play a key role in driving our go-to-market strategy and expanding our reach in the K–12 sector. This remote position (preferably based in Utah) offers a competitive salary of $70,000–$85,000, plus equity and benefits. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain outbound lead generation workflows using HubSpot and Clay - Manage ICP contact data pulls and enrichment, leveraging Clay and Gong - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems - Develop HubSpot dashboards to track pipeline, campaign performance, and conversion rates - Identify and automate bottlenecks in the GTM process to boost efficiency - Monitor email deliverability, domain health, and outbound compliance - Audit closed-won deals and maintain CRM data hygiene - Support marketing with lead scoring and routing systems - Evaluate and implement new AI, automation, and sales/marketing technologies to enhance GTM efficiency ❖ What We’re Looking For - 1–4 years of experience with HubSpot (Clay, Gong, B2B Enterprise SaaS, and K–12 experience a plus) - Recent hands-on experience building with AI tools - Tenacious, humble, and purpose-driven mindset - Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams - Ownership, reliability, and a proactive approach - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving - Enjoys experimenting, measuring results, and iterating for improvement - Motivated to drive more leads and aligned with our culture of meaningful impact ❖ Why Join Skill Struck?
