At Sphere, every team member owns a domain that would be a full department elsewhere. ❖ The GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and scale the internal systems behind our growth engine. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of go-to-market, operations, and engineering. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the infrastructure for CRM, cold outbound, paid acquisition, SEO/GEO, and future growth channels—turning fragmented tools into a unified, scalable system. You’ll work closely with growth, marketing, design, and engineering to ensure our systems keep pace with our ambitions. ❖ What You’ll Do - Quickly ramp up on our current growth stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and outbound tools - Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, manual processes, and scalability challenges - Map and build internal GTM systems to support rapid growth - Own and improve the operating system for growth, integrating CRM, paid ads, and SEO/GEO workflows - Drive localization and expansion across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM - Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, data-driven growth operations ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proven experience as a GTM Engineer, revops, or salesops in a B2B SaaS environment - Deep familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot), outbound tools (Clay), paid advertising, and SEO/GEO workflows - Strong technical fluency: SQL, analytics, workflow automation (Zapier, Claude, AI tools), and systems thinking - Builder mindset—practical, adaptable, and energized by ambiguity - Relentless curiosity and initiative; you seek answers and know when to bring in experts - Excellent communication skills for a fast-moving, collaborative team ❖ Bonus Points - Experience building GTM systems in early-stage growth roles - Broader marketing fluency alongside technical systems expertise ❖ Who Thrives Here You’ll excel at Sphere if you’re driven, resourceful, and motivated by big challenges.
