Backed by Sequoia Capital, Menlo Ventures, TCV, and The Westly Group, we’re recognized as one of the most innovative augmented and virtual reality companies of 2026. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role We’re hiring a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS to architect and own the systems, workflows, and data pipelines that drive our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for CRM architecture (Salesforce, HubSpot), automated workflows, and the data infrastructure that empowers Sales, Marketing, and SDR teams to move faster and prioritize smarter. This is a foundational, on-site role in our San Francisco office, Monday through Friday. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and implement GTM automation and workflow engineering for lead routing, nurture, lifecycle transitions, and SDR prioritization using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay - Own and govern Salesforce and HubSpot as systems of record, managing architecture, field schema, data hygiene, and reporting infrastructure - Build and maintain pipeline and forecast infrastructure, supporting revenue forecasting with clean data pipelines and dashboards - Develop SDR tooling and performance instrumentation to prioritize outreach by signal strength and account fit - Support sales operations and deal desk processes, including territory design, compensation tracking, and post-sales health monitoring - Create and maintain data infrastructure connecting Salesforce, HubSpot, and the data warehouse, enriching account records with third-party signals ❖ What You’ll Bring - 3+ years of experience as a GTM Engineer, sales/revenue operations specialist, or technical ops professional in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment - Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including CRM architecture and data integrations - Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and GTM tool integrations (enrichment, sequencing, intent data, BI) - Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Finance - Strong autonomy and decision-making skills in ambiguous, fast-paced settings ❖ Benefits - Competitive salary and equity - Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage - Flexible PTO policy - Wellness and mental health benefits - Maven family planning support - 401(k) retirement plan - Company-wide retreats ❖ Our Commitment At Squint, we’re dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
