You’ll set up and optimize email domains, inboxes, and deliverability (DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), ensuring every campaign reaches its target. Your expertise in signal-based prospecting and tools like Clay, HubSpot, and Apollo will drive scalable, data-driven outreach. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and manage outbound email infrastructure, including domain setup, inbox management, and deliverability monitoring. - Design and automate scalable outbound systems: segmentation, routing, enrichment, and campaign execution. - Execute signal-based prospecting using tools such as Clay for intent, hiring, tech stack, funding, and website change signals. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to launch, test, and iterate outbound plays—A/B testing, personalization at scale, and messaging optimization. - Track and report on funnel metrics (deliverability, reply rates, meetings booked) to drive continuous improvement. ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in outbound operations and campaign execution, ideally in a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS environment. - Deep knowledge of email infrastructure, reputation management, and deliverability best practices across multiple domains and inboxes. - Hands-on experience with enrichment and signal tools, and modern outbound stacks (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft). - Comfortable working with data—spreadsheets, CRM hygiene, and basic scripting or API skills are a plus. - Self-starter with high ownership and a bias for action; you excel at building systems, troubleshooting, and iterating quickly. ❖ How You Work - You take initiative and can independently build a reliable outbound engine from the ground up. - You’re a tooling-first problem solver, skilled at researching, evaluating, and implementing the best solutions. - You document processes clearly, ensuring the team can operate and scale your systems with confidence. - You move fast, adapt to feedback, and are relentless about improving results. ❖ Nice to Have - Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make), webhooks, and lightweight ETL workflows. - Experience integrating outbound tools with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce. ❖ About StackAI StackAI is a no-code platform that empowers businesses to design, test, and deploy AI workflows using Large Language Models like ChatGPT.
