About the Role

Be the architect behind Stratus’s next phase of growth as our first GTM Engineer. If you thrive at the intersection of revenue operations, automation, and AI-powered workflows, this is your chance to build the systems that drive revenue across our entire go-to-market engine in a high-impact, high-ownership role. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As the founding GTM Engineer B2B SaaS at Stratus, you’ll design and own the technical infrastructure powering sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll transform GTM strategy into scalable, automated systems—connecting Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and more—so our revenue teams can execute at scale. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll turn strategic priorities into reality by building robust system architecture, automating processes, and integrating AI-driven tools for prospecting, enrichment, and account targeting. ❖ What You’ll Do - Architect and maintain our GTM stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and connected tools - Design clean data models for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and campaigns - Build integrations connecting product data, CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement systems - Automate lead routing, lifecycle stages, enrichment workflows, and follow-up triggers to eliminate manual work - Own campaign infrastructure and attribution, enabling rapid GTM experimentation and accurate tracking - Ensure data integrity and build reporting infrastructure for reliable forecasting and pipeline analysis - Deploy AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for enrichment, prospecting, scoring, and account targeting using platforms like Clay - Stay ahead of the curve on AI-for-GTM trends, bringing new capabilities to the team ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3-7 years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or marketing operations within B2B SaaS - Deep experience with Salesforce and at least one marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred); Salesforce admin a plus - Technical fluency with SQL, APIs, integration platforms (Zapier), and troubleshooting system issues - Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-powered GTM tools (Clay, Claude, enrichment platforms, intent data providers) - Systems thinker who understands data flow, pipeline mechanics, and the needs of sales, marketing, and CS teams - Proactive problem-solver who proposes solutions and improves processes before being asked - Experience in high-growth SaaS environments (50-500 employees) ❖ What Success Looks Like in Six Months - Leadership fully trusts pipeline and forecast data—no manual cross-checks needed - Two to three major workflows are automated and live in production - AI-powered account targeting or enrichment is delivering actionable sales insights - The Head of RevOps is focused on strategy, not system maintenance - The team can launch new GTM experiments in days, not weeks ❖ Why Stratus & This Role Stand Out Stratus is at a pivotal moment—our revenue motion is built, and now we need the GTM infrastructure to scale. As our first GTM Engineer, you’ll bridge strategy and execution, directly impacting our growth, forecasting confidence, and market targeting. You won’t be maintaining legacy systems; you’ll be building the foundation for our future. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the U.S. Ready to shape the future of GTM engineering in B2B SaaS? If you’re passionate about building scalable systems, automating revenue processes, and leveraging AI tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Clay, we want to hear from you.
