About the Role

Join Stuut as a GTM Engineer and help revolutionize accounts receivable for B2B companies. You'll play a pivotal role in building the technical backbone of our marketing engine, working with cutting-edge AI and automation tools to drive smarter, faster growth for leading brands in industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing. ❖ About Stuut Stuut is transforming how B2B companies manage collections, replacing manual, labor-intensive processes with intelligent automation. Our platform is trusted by Fortune 10 enterprises and fast-growing midmarket teams, and we’re backed by top investors like a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, and Page One. ❖ The GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer embedded within the Marketing team, you’ll design and build the systems—AI agents, automation workflows, enrichment pipelines, and attribution infrastructure—that power Stuut’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with Demand Generation, GTM Infrastructure, and RevOps, translating campaign strategy into scalable, production-ready systems. This is a builder’s seat: you’ll architect and ship infrastructure yourself, leveraging your engineering rigor and commercial instinct. You’ll own the technical layer that drives pipeline, not just configure tools or execute someone else’s playbook. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build AI agents from scratch to automate marketing workflows, including content generation, campaign launches, paid channel optimization, and creative testing - Architect enrichment, scoring, and routing pipelines to turn raw data into prioritized, actionable leads for the GTM team - Develop scripts, automations, and integrations across tools like Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and n8n, extending our marketing infrastructure - Instrument end-to-end campaign attribution and reporting, ensuring every touchpoint and dollar is traceable - Maintain HubSpot as the source of truth for marketing activity, ensuring clean data and functional workflows - Partner with demand generation teams across outbound, paid, and content channels, owning technical execution and contributing to strategy - Translate buyer insights into messaging, sequencing, and personalization logic to drive reply and meeting conversion - Define success metrics, monitor results, and iterate continuously across channels - Collaborate with GTM and RevOps to ensure seamless integration of marketing and outbound systems, and accurate pipeline reporting - Document the stack for scalability and maintainability ❖ What Makes You a Great Fit - You’re a builder at heart, with experience writing production-quality code and designing end-to-end GTM or marketing infrastructure - You’re fluent in the modern AI and GTM stack: Clay, n8n or Zapier, Smartlead, Instantly or Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, data warehouses, and analytics platforms - You have 2–5 years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing engineering, growth engineering, or technical demand generation (B2B SaaS experience is a plus) - You think commercially, focusing on pipeline generated and meetings booked, not just automated workflows - You challenge the status quo, identify gaps, and build better solutions - You use data creatively for lead generation, surfacing signals others miss and opening new channels - You thrive in ambiguity, preferring to ship and iterate rather than wait for perfect specs ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Top-of-market salary and equity package - Medical, dental, and vision insurance (U.S.-based full-time employees) - 401(k) with match - Flexible PTO - Parental leave Ready to own the technical foundation of Stuut’s marketing and make a real impact in B2B SaaS?
