❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer (Revenue Systems & Pipeline Infrastructure)
We’re seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and scale the systems that fuel pipeline generation across our go-to-market (GTM) efforts. This technical role sits at the crossroads of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, focusing on building and optimizing the infrastructure that identifies, enriches, and prioritizes high-intent accounts. You’ll manage integrations, data flows, and AI-driven workflows to ensure our GTM systems are scalable, measurable, and aligned to revenue outcomes.
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS specialist, you’ll operate as an individual contributor within a lean, high-impact Revenue Operations and Growth team. You’ll have high ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to build from scratch—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Design and own the end-to-end GTM systems ecosystem across CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), outbound tools, and enrichment platforms
- Build inbound and outbound workflows that score, enrich, route, and trigger engagement, ensuring no signal goes unworked
- Develop enrichment pipelines using firmographic, technographic, and intent data for precise targeting and personalization
- Implement signal-driven automation across the full funnel, from first touch to routing and follow-up
- Manage integrations across CRM, marketing platforms, paid media, and analytics systems, evaluating new tools for scalability and data integrity
- Define ICP segmentation and build propensity models to predict purchase likelihood using unique data points and historical conversion patterns
- Own the data foundation: automated CRM enrichment, deduplication, and hygiene routines to keep Salesforce clean and trustworthy
- Design and operate multi-channel outreach systems across email and LinkedIn, managing deliverability infrastructure and sequencing logic
- Run structured tests to improve conversion rates and system efficiency, aligning outreach strategies to institutional buying processes
- Support marketing leadership with KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and strategic planning
- Implement and maintain tracking frameworks (GTM, GA4, UTMs, conversion tracking) and define attribution models aligned to revenue outcomes
- Build dashboards and reporting systems for clear pipeline performance visibility
- Implement AI-supported workflows for research, enrichment, and personalization, continuously refining their application across GTM systems
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to align systems, workflows, and data to GTM objectives, designing intuitive, self-serve workflows and documentation
❖ What You Bring
- 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or a related systems-focused role
- Experience building GTM systems in B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, or institutional markets with complex sales cycles
- Proven track record of improving pipeline generation and conversion through system design
- Deep expertise with Marketo (lifecycle design, lead routing, scoring, segmentation) and Salesforce CRM (pipeline management, data hygiene, workflow automation)
- Experience building integrations across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and analytics systems
- Skilled in inbound scoring and routing workflows, as well as outbound systems
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and low-code automation tools
- Strong data foundation skills: working with firmographic, technographic, and intent data, CRM hygiene, deduplication, and schema consistency
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Prospeo, FullEnrich, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Common Room, Trigify, Snowflake, BigQuery, Phantombuster, and Apify
- Hands-on experience with outbound infrastructure—domains, inboxes, sequencing, deliverability—and multi-channel coordination across email and LinkedIn
- Proficient in GTM, GA4, UTMs, conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel metrics
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau or similar)
- High agency, structured problem-solving, commercial mindset, and an experimental, adaptable approach
