❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS to join our Demand Generation team. This is a hands-on, pipeline-focused role—not traditional marketing ops. You’ll architect and optimize digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, and Google, using AI tools like Claude and Clay to automate targeting, creative iteration, and performance analysis. Your mission: build systems that accelerate qualified pipeline, not just generate activity.
You’ll also support broader demand gen initiatives—events, content, social media, and nurture programs—always with a focus on measurable pipeline outcomes. As a GTM Engineer, you’ll empower teammates to build their own AI-powered workflows, raising the technical bar across the team.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and X, focusing on pipeline generation and efficiency
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, Clay) to automate audience segmentation, creative testing, bid optimization, and reporting
- Design and execute structured experiments across channels, creatives, and landing pages with clear hypotheses and measurable results
- Own reporting on ad spend, pipeline attribution, and conversion metrics—surfacing insights that drive strategy
- Build AI-powered workflows for events, content, and nurture programs, connecting campaign data with CRM and enrichment tools
- Automate repeatable processes across demand gen, eliminating manual work while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with field marketing, content, partner marketing, and sales enablement to deliver full-funnel projects
- Enable and mentor teammates, sharing reusable templates and best practices to elevate GTM engineering skills across the team
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital advertising within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on at least two platforms: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, or X, with a focus on pipeline outcomes
- Hands-on expertise with AI tools (Clay, Zapier, Claude Code, or similar) for marketing workflow automation
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and data integration tools—able to connect systems independently
- Strong analytical skills: able to diagnose funnel issues and design experiments to improve conversion
- A marketing mindset: you understand campaign strategy, not just execution
- Demonstrated track record of driving qualified pipeline, not just activity metrics
