You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the RevOps team to build infrastructure that's intelligent, automated, and built to last. This role sits at the intersection of systems thinking, automation, and emerging AI, and is a strong fit for someone who loves turning complex business problems into clean, scalable solutions across a multi-tool GTM ecosystem.

What You'll Own
• Design and maintain the architecture connecting HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Snowflake, Zapier, and other revenue technologies to ensure seamless data flow and operational continuity across the GTM stack, partnering with the Salesforce Admin team to ensure Salesforce, as the system of record, is fully and cleanly integrated into that architecture.
• Build and optimize automated workflows using Clay, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Zapier, and other AI-enabled platforms to reduce manual effort and accelerate revenue team efficiency.
• Serve as a close technical partner to the Salesforce Admin team on integrations, data mapping, and API-level connections between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack.
• Act as the team's point person for evaluating, piloting, and implementing AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve prospecting, enrichment, attribution, and customer engagement across the revenue funnel.
• Manage integrations, data mapping, and systems architecture across the full external GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring reliability and scalability as the business grows.
• Partner with Revenue Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Maintain data quality standards across the external GTM stack and support reporting infrastructure, including connections to Snowflake and other data sources that inform revenue analytics and decision-making.
• Other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
• 3 to 7 or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce data model and architecture, with hands-on experience partnering with Salesforce Admins on integrations and data flow.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools including Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, and enrichment platforms.
• Experience building automations using Zapier, Workato, or similar workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel optimization, attribution, and pipeline generation.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting AI-enabled workflows and tools, along with genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for how emerging AI technologies apply to GTM execution.
• Comfort working with APIs, integrations, data mapping, and systems architecture across a multi-tool GTM stack.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Clear, effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical audiences including Salesforce Admins, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Experience working with Snowflake or modern data warehouses.
• Basic SQL proficiency.
• Experience supporting AI-powered sales, marketing, or customer success initiatives.
