As a GTM Engineer, you’ll architect and permanently own Conduit’s AI-native outbound engine—driving pipeline generation through intelligence, not headcount. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the CBO, with significant influence over our go-to-market strategy. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design, build, and own Conduit’s outbound engine end-to-end—this is not a build-and-handoff role - Develop agentic, AI-powered workflows that scale outbound pipeline without scaling team size - Leverage Clay for enrichment and AI-personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn - Build signal-based trigger workflows (YC launches, competitor job postings, funding rounds, treasury hiring signals) - Define and refine ICP for target segments: Series A/B fintechs, embedded finance platforms, regional banks - Partner with the CBO on messaging, positioning, and launch campaigns for our USD API - Own pipeline metrics: outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated ❖ What We’re Looking For - 5–10 years in B2B GTM, revenue operations, or growth, with a proven record of building outbound from scratch at a high-growth tech company - Deep hands-on expertise with Clay (multi-source enrichment, AI-personalized sequences, trigger-based workflows) - Mastery of the modern outbound stack: Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, Apollo or ZoomInfo, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Strong AI-first mindset—using AI to write, enrich, personalize, and optimize every layer of outbound - Fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure experience preferred; you understand the buyer and competitive landscape - Exceptional written communication—your outbound copy gets replies, not ignored - Analytical, systems-oriented thinker who thrives as a senior IC and prefers ownership over management ❖ Why Join Conduit Conduit is at a critical growth stage, with momentum, a differentiated product, and a rapidly expanding global footprint.
