In this remote role (UK or Ireland), you’ll design and implement AI-powered workflows that transform how sales, marketing, and customer experience teams operate. Your work will directly influence pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue expansion at scale. ❖ What You’ll Do - Configure, optimize, and scale AI tools across the entire GTM funnel - Design autonomous workflows for lead qualification, outbound sequencing, and intent signal routing - Build and manage interoperable AI agents for specific GTM process segments - Drive adoption of AI-native workflows across revenue teams and portfolio companies - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify high-impact AI use cases - Develop live ROI and performance dashboards to track funnel efficiency and revenue impact - Analyze conversion metrics and pipeline performance to optimize GTM execution - Bridge traditional RevOps strategy with AI-native operational execution - Partner with Engineering to deploy scalable AI solutions in production - Train GTM teams on AI tools, workflow automation, and best practices - Act as a strategic partner across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams ❖ What You Bring - Experience with Python and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) - Strong knowledge of CRM systems and APIs (HubSpot, Salesforce) - Expertise in prompt engineering, workflow automation, and LLM-based tooling - Commercial understanding of revenue funnels, CAC, conversion metrics, and GTM performance - Ability to operate in both technical and business-facing environments ❖ Strongly Preferred - Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay, Apollo) - Proven track record building and deploying AI-powered GTM workflows in production - Background in B2B SaaS, RevOps, or library technology - Experience driving AI adoption and operational change management ❖ Why Join collectionHQ? - Shape and operationalize AI strategy within a global software leader - Work directly with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering - Thrive in a culture focused on innovation, autonomy, and measurable impact - Be part of Fluent Software Group and Valsoft’s global ecosystem of vertical market software companies ❖ Ready to Apply?
