Our collaborative culture fuels innovation and growth, earning us recognition as a 2024 Fast Company Best Workplaces for Innovators finalist. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll be the hands-on builder responsible for developing and maintaining the automation and integration layer that powers our revenue operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, you’ll turn strategy into scalable, working systems that accelerate our sales and marketing teams. ❖ What You’ll Own - Build and maintain automated workflows across our GTM stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ChiliPiper, and DealHub - Develop and manage API connections, webhooks, and data syncs to ensure seamless system integration - Identify and automate manual processes across sales and marketing operations - Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration: object configuration, flows, workflow rules, and permission sets - Support data hygiene initiatives, including deduplication, enrichment, and validation - Implement and iterate on AI-assisted workflows, such as LLM-powered call summaries and enrichment pipelines - Evaluate and integrate new AI tools into existing GTM workflows - Ensure data accuracy across systems, manage audit processes, and support attribution reporting and pipeline analytics ❖ What We’re Looking For Required: - 2-4 years in a technical RevOps or sales systems role, with direct Salesforce administration, workflow automation, or GTM integrations experience - Proficiency in Salesforce flows, reports, custom objects, and core admin tasks - Experience building AI-assisted workflows or working with LLM integrations - Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic data transformation - Detail-oriented with strong data instincts - Background in B2B SaaS Preferred: - Experience with Outreach, Gong, ChiliPiper, and/or DealHub - Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript - Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Omni, Looker, etc.) - Experience in fintech or wealth management ❖ What Success Looks Like Within your first 60 days, you’ll have mapped and documented our integration layer and shipped at least one automation that saves measurable team time. By six months, you’ll be the go-to GTM Engineer for troubleshooting and executing the roadmap with confidence and independence.
