❖ About the Role
As our GTM Engineer B2B SaaS Lead Generation Architect, you’ll design and implement scalable lead generation infrastructure using tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and RevOps to ensure seamless integration with our sales pipeline, focusing on high-quality, warm leads for our Account Executives.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build agentic lead generation workflows, automation, and tooling from scratch
- Source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale using AI-powered tools and network-informed outreach
- Collaborate with AEs to define and systematize what makes a high-value lead
- Develop and iterate on multi-signal targeting models and multi-channel campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and cost per lead
- Own the feedback loop between lead quality and conversion, investigating and resolving funnel issues
- Ensure clean data handoffs and CRM hygiene in HubSpot, working closely with RevOps
- Run structured test-and-learn experiments to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and pipeline contribution
❖ What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years in demand generation, growth, or marketing operations with a strong technical background
- Hands-on experience building workflows in tools like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot (cold outbound, lead enrichment, automation)
- Deep interest in AI tools and the ability to advise on best practices for commercial teams
- Proven track record of building scalable systems, not just running campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Seller’s perspective on lead quality and prioritization
- Experience marketing to or selling into life sciences, pharma, or biotech sectors
