Our mission: to make communication more human, not more complicated. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to lead the shift from campaign-led to systems-led marketing. You’ll architect and deliver the marketing automation, outbound workflows, and AI-powered processes that take a lead from first signal to closed opportunity. Reporting to the Head of Digital & Performance Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with SDR, RevOps, and Sales teams to build the GTM stack that supports complex enterprise buying journeys across sectors like CX, BFSI, healthcare, and e-commerce. ❖ What You’ll Do - Own and optimize Pardot/MCAE, Salesforce Flows, and the full marketing automation backbone - Design replicable nurture frameworks for cold outbound, ABM, event invites, and more - Engineer SDR automation: list-building, enrichment, sequencer hand-off, and meeting capture - Build and maintain orchestration flows using n8n, Clay, Zapier, and integrate with tools like Apollo, Lusha, and NeverBounce - Develop AI-augmented workflows for enrichment, research briefs, ICP scoring, and lead processing - Ensure data hygiene, canonical field definitions, and compliance with DPDPA/GDPR - Own marketing reporting: pipeline attribution, conversion metrics, and dashboarding in Looker Studio - Manage website vendor relationships, tracking integrity, and experimentation roadmaps ❖ What Makes You a Great Fit - 5–8 years in marketing operations, MarkOps, or growth engineering for B2B SaaS, ideally with mid-market or enterprise focus - Deep expertise in Salesforce (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, Campaigns) and Pardot/MCAE (Engagement Studio, Dynamic Lists, Scoring, Forms) - Proven experience building multi-step automations in n8n, Clay, Zapier, or similar orchestration tools - Strong API and webhook skills (REST, JSON, OAuth), with the ability to debug and optimize integrations - Working SQL knowledge for marketing data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Postgres) - Experience designing and maintaining lead lifecycle, scoring, and routing models - Analytical mindset with a track record of translating funnel data into actionable insights - Demonstrated ownership of MarTech or RevOps systems through real-world campaigns - AI engineering bent: hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), building production-grade automations, and using AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor ❖ Why Exotel?
