❖ The Opportunity: Junior GTM Engineer / Growth Enablement Marketer
As our Junior GTM Engineer / Growth Enablement Marketer, you’ll be the engine behind our UK growth. You won’t just wait for leads—you’ll build and optimize the systems that generate them. If you’re passionate about B2B SaaS, GTM strategy, and cold outbound using tools like Clay, LinkedIn automation, and AI agents, this is your chance to make a tangible difference.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build and execute Clay-powered outbound workflows and LinkedIn automation to turn buying signals into booked meetings
- Localize Zurich HQ campaigns and ABM plays for the UK market, supporting events and market-specific initiatives
- Create sales enablement materials—decks, one-pagers, and case studies—that resonate with UK prospects
- Act as the bridge between London and Zurich HQ, sharing insights and ensuring alignment on campaigns and performance
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI agents, streamlining research, admin, and follow-up, and report funnel metrics to HQ
❖ What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or GTM, ideally in a fintech startup or fast-paced environment
- Proven expertise with outbound tooling such as Clay, LinkedIn automation, or signal-based prospecting
- A builder’s mindset: you implement and run systems, not just create strategy decks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across sales, marketing, and leadership
- UK work permit required
