❖ The Opportunity: Principal GTM Engineer
We’re seeking a Principal GTM Engineer to architect and deliver AI-native revenue systems that transform how our GTM teams operate. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Data, and Engineering to build custom software, AI agents, automations, and data systems that drive productivity, forecasting accuracy, and customer outcomes throughout the revenue lifecycle.
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role—ideal for a builder with deep RevOps expertise and a strong engineering background. You’ll translate complex workflows in pipeline management, forecasting, CRM architecture, renewals, and revenue reporting into scalable, AI-powered solutions. ❖ What You’ll Do
- Design and build AI-native GTM systems to optimize revenue team operations
- Partner with stakeholders to reimagine workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, forecasting, renewals, and expansion
- Develop internal applications, AI agents, copilots, and automations to streamline execution and reduce friction
- Create AI-powered workflows for account research, sales prep, proposal/RFP support, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and customer expansion
- Integrate platforms including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, billing, and marketing automation tools
- Architect scalable data flows across CRM, product, customer, financial, and operational systems
- Build reusable patterns for LLM-powered applications: retrieval, tool use, evaluations, permissions, monitoring, and human review
- Leverage AI-native development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to accelerate delivery
- Contribute to build-vs-buy decisions, reducing SaaS sprawl while maintaining speed and flexibility
- Measure business impact across productivity, conversion, forecast accuracy, retention, and customer experience
- Help define technical standards and best practices for AI-native GTM systems
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience, including 3-4 years in engineering and 3-4 years in RevOps or related GTM systems roles
- Senior-level individual contributor experience in RevOps technology, GTM systems, internal platforms, AI systems, or software engineering
- Deep hands-on expertise with CRM architecture, forecasting, routing, pipeline management, customer lifecycle workflows, renewals, expansion, and revenue reporting
- Strong software engineering skills with experience building production-grade applications, workflow automation, integrations, or data products
- Proficiency with APIs, databases, authentication, permissions, observability, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with modern engineering stacks: Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Demonstrated experience building with LLMs and AI systems, including prompt workflows, retrieval, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluations, and agent orchestration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
- A clear perspective on how AI will reshape RevOps, GTM systems, and revenue productivity
- Motivation to remain deeply hands-on as an individual contributor
❖ Compensation
$210,000 - $235,000 per year, based on experience, location, and other factors.
