❖ The Opportunity: Revenue Operations GTM Engineer
As a Revenue Operations GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you will design and build the technical infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. This role is central to operationalizing GTM strategy through automation, orchestration, and AI, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, marketing platforms, product telemetry, support systems, and financial workflows.
You’ll architect automation layers that maximize revenue impact from CRM data, reduce manual workflows, and accelerate the signal-to-action process in the revenue funnel. Collaborate across departments to translate business strategy into production-ready workflows, data models, and integrations within the GTM tech stack.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable GTM automation across CRM (Dynamics 365), marketing, customer experience, and financial systems
- Develop API-based integrations to unify account, engagement, pipeline, and product usage data in real time
- Translate segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle management frameworks into automated system logic
- Deploy enrichment pipelines and intent-based triggers to enhance data quality, pipeline prioritization, and next-best-action workflows
- Enable AI-driven execution and reduce human-dependent processes
❖ Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in APIs, SQL, Python or JavaScript (Node.js preferred), CRM platforms, automation tools, and AI/ML fundamentals
- Strong business acumen in B2B SaaS, sales cycles, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
- Experience building integrations or automation across SaaS platforms (1–4+ years)
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365; Power Platform preferred
- Hands-on experience with sales stack tools such as Dynamics 365, Power BI, Outreach, Gong, 6sense
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration, automation platforms, dbt, or modern data transformation frameworks
- Understanding of lead scoring, demand generation, and GTM execution
