❖ The Role: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll bridge strategy and execution for our customer-facing teams. You’ll own and optimize our GTM tech stack—including Salesforce, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Clay, Gong, and vibecoded solutions—ensuring seamless operations across sales, marketing, and revenue functions.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain systems and automations that drive our revenue engine, from Salesforce architecture to workflow automation and data enrichment pipelines
- Design and operationalize end-to-end revenue processes, including lead routing, pipeline management, forecasting cadences, and handoff protocols
- Develop analytics and reporting infrastructure, creating dashboards that give GTM leadership clear insights into pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts
- Translate data into actionable decisions that improve win rates and deal velocity
❖ Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience as a GTM Engineer, RevTech specialist, Salesforce Developer, or in sales systems roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Strong background or interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure
- Exceptional communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Builder mindset: you excel in zero-to-one environments and enjoy creating scalable processes from scratch
