Als Senior GTM Engineer – AI Marketing Systems baust du die AI-gestützten Workflows und Orchestration-Layer, die das gesamte Marketing-Team multiplizieren. Du denkst nicht in einzelnen Prompts, sondern in Architekturen – von der Foundation bis zum Feedback-Loop. Diese Rolle ist kein klassischer Channel-Job und keine reine Entwicklerstelle: Du bringst technisches Verständnis mit, aber dein Kompass ist immer der Business-Impact. Wenn du Lust hast, Systeme zu bauen, die andere schneller machen – und dabei echte Ownership übernimmst – dann freuen wir uns, von dir zu hören. \n Deine Aufgaben: Du baust und betreibst AI-gestützte End-to-End-Workflows – von Ad Creative Produktion über Content-Orchestration bis hin zu GTM-Automatisierungen – und stellst sicher, dass das gesamte Team davon profitiert. Du entwickelst einen zentralen Orchestration-Layer auf Basis von Claude Code und MCP, der verschiedene Skills und Tools miteinander verbindet, ohne dass Teammitglieder die Architektur kennen müssen. Du integrierst unsere Kernplattformen – HubSpot, Asana, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Clay und weitere – direkt in automatisierte Workflows und sorgst für saubere Datenflüsse zwischen den Systemen. Du baust strukturierte Feedback-Loops auf, sodass Performance-Daten kontinuierlich in Foundation-Files (Brand Voice, ICP, Positionierung) zurückfließen und das System mit jeder Iteration besser wird. Du übernimmst von Tag 1 Verantwortung für konkrete Deliverables: In den ersten 90 Tagen deployest du einen vollständigen Ad Creative Workflow sowie einen Content-Orchestrator, der vom Team ohne Anleitung genutzt wird. Du erstellst eine strukturierte Roadmap bestehender AI-Ansätze im Team – identifizierst, was skaliert, was nicht funktioniert und was als nächstes gebaut werden sollte. Dein Profil: Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau von AI-Workflows und Automatisierungs-Infrastruktur – und kannst zeigen, was davon in Produktion gegangen ist. Du kennst Claude Code und MCP-Architektur und verstehst, wie Agent-Strukturen und Plattform-APIs zusammenspielen. Du hast Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Performance Marketing (Meta Ads und/oder Google Ads) – nicht nur als User, sondern mit Verständnis für Kampagnenstruktur, Tracking und Creative-Logik. Du arbeitest operativ sicher mit HubSpot (Workflows, Properties, Listen, Email) und kannst es als Datenquelle und Ziel in Automatisierungen einbinden. Du verstehst GTM-Kontext: Du weißt, was ein MQL ist, wie Content-Workflows in Marketing-Teams funktionieren und warum Datenqualität im Outbound entscheidend ist. Du kannst mit AI-gestützten Design-Tools (z. B. Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI) Ad Creatives und visuelle Assets produzieren oder orchestrieren. Du kannst Webhooks konfigurieren, REST-APIs aufrufen und MCP-Server aufsetzen – keine Angst vor dem Terminal. Du übernimmst Ownership ohne wöchentliche Eskalation, priorisierst selbstständig und kommunizierst Blocker früh und klar.
