Backed by $181M from top investors, Airbyte is pioneering agentic data infrastructure for AI agents, making data accessible and actionable everywhere. ❖ The Opportunity: Senior GTM Engineer As a Senior GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll be embedded within our go-to-market organization, building and optimizing the systems, workflows, and AI agents that transform product, community, and intent signals into pipeline. This hands-on technical role partners closely with Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Data Engineering to drive outbound workflows, GTM automation, and internal tooling. You’ll own the design and maintenance of enrichment, scoring, routing, and activation workflows across the GTM stack, with a focus on outbound efficiency and automation. You’ll also develop AI-powered tools and agents that accelerate account research, persona-based messaging, and campaign execution. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and maintain GTM workflows that turn product and intent signals into actionable opportunities - Design AI agents and internal tools to support outbound execution, inbound triage, and GTM efficiency - Partner with cross-functional teams to make product and usage data usable for go-to-market success - Evaluate and implement key GTM tools like Salesforce, Common Room, Clay, Snowflake, and automation platforms - Improve data quality, workflow reliability, and operational visibility across GTM systems - Support campaign, event, and lifecycle workflows with advanced automation and attribution - Define best practices for GTM engineering and automation across the organization ❖ What You’ll Bring - 4+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar technical roles - Experience in a modern B2B SaaS go-to-market environment, ideally at a high-growth company - Strong knowledge of Salesforce, GTM workflows, and data flow across systems - Proficiency with APIs, automation tools, workflow orchestration, and system integrations - Ability to work with SQL, schemas, enrichment logic, and data transformation - Experience building AI-powered workflows, internal tools, or AI agents for business processes - Fluency with AI tools, LLMs, and agentic workflows to automate and optimize execution - Startup-ready mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and end-to-end ownership - Strong judgment and ability to independently drive projects from concept to implementation ❖ Nice to Have - Experience with PLG signals, product usage data, or community-driven GTM motions - Background in developer tools, data infrastructure, or technical B2B SaaS - Familiarity with tools like Common Room, Clay, Snowflake, Trigger.dev, or similar GTM platforms - Experience supporting SDR, AE, or lifecycle marketing workflows in high-volume outbound environments ❖ Location - Onsite 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA ❖ Why Airbyte At Airbyte, you’ll join a passionate, innovative team building the next generation of data infrastructure for AI.
