Founded by experts in security and AI, we’re entering the market with strong momentum and a unique opportunity to define the future of this space. ❖ About the Sr. GTM Engineer Role As a Sr. GTM Engineer, you’ll architect, automate, and scale our go-to-market engine. This is a builder’s role for someone passionate about designing systems that drive growth, not just managing SaaS tools. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and sales to launch AI-powered growth experiments, automate GTM workflows, and integrate best-in-class tools like n8n, Claude, Gumloop, and more. This hybrid position is based in San Francisco, with 2-3 days per week in the office. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and run experimentation engines for growth loops, conversion optimization, and sales-led plus PLG motions - Design and deploy AI agents to automate account research, data entry, outbound personalization, and growth signal detection using tools such as n8n, Claude, and Gumloop - Translate sales and marketing strategies into automated workflows, custom internal tools, and programmatic campaigns - Integrate and optimize external tools (Salesforce, Clay, Gong, enrichment APIs) into a seamless, automated GTM stack - Engineer robust data flows, webhooks, and pipelines to ensure data integrity across product, CRM, and internal systems - Develop dashboards, metrics, and alerts for self-service visibility into GTM and growth performance - Define KPIs and continuously improve automation performance through data-driven iteration ❖ What We’re Looking For - 6+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or technical RevOps, with hands-on coding experience (Python, JS, or SQL) and API integrations - Proven expertise in B2B SaaS, PLG, growth, or GTM operations - Deep familiarity with modern AI tools (Clay, Claude Code, Parallel, Unify, Gumloop, n8n, Zapier) and a “v1 today” builder mentality - Strong understanding of both growth and sales funnels, with the ability to design systems that serve both acquisition and revenue goals - Demonstrated success integrating and optimizing GTM and growth stacks across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and product - Action-oriented, thrives in fast-paced AI startup environments, and takes full ownership of outcomes ❖ Benefits & Perks - Competitive salary, on-target earnings, and incentive stock options (ISOs) - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Health savings account (HSA) with company contribution - Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) - Paid holidays and flexible PTO - Hybrid work environment in San Francisco Ready to build the future of enterprise security and GTM automation?
