At Snorkel, you’ll join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and the power of data to drive real-world results. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer at Snorkel AI, you’ll be a key player in our go-to-market engine, designing and building scalable workflows that accelerate Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Revenue Operations. You’ll leverage your expertise in Salesforce, automation platforms like Zapier and Make, and AI tools such as Claude and OpenAI agent builder to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive revenue growth. This hands-on role is ideal for someone passionate about solving complex operational challenges with smart, pragmatic engineering. ❖ What You’ll Do - Identify and execute high-impact automation and AI opportunities across GTM workflows, including lead routing, account research, deal support, and post-sale processes - Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools, Salesforce automation, APIs, and custom code - Optimize integrations across Salesforce and connected GTM systems to enhance data flow and operational efficiency - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions - Develop internal tools and lightweight applications to improve data access and workflow execution for GTM teams - Implement data governance, validation, enrichment, and monitoring frameworks to ensure high-quality GTM data - Evaluate new vendors and AI platforms with a build-vs-buy mindset - Document, test, and maintain reliable systems and workflows - Define best practices for applying AI within GTM operations, balancing speed, utility, and quality - Continuously seek ways to reduce manual work and increase organizational leverage ❖ What We’re Looking For - 4+ years in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar technical roles - Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data modeling, automation, integrations, and system design - Proven ability to build workflows and automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude Code, OpenAI agent builder, Workato, or similar platforms - Experience deploying AI-enabled workflows, copilots, or agents for business teams - Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with experience building API integrations and lightweight automations - Strong understanding of GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and post-sale workflows - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Excellent systems thinking, balancing speed with maintainability - Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills - Analytical mindset with high attention to detail ❖ Bonus Points - Familiarity with Gong, Clay, Snowflake, dbt, or modern enrichment and orchestration platforms - Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or high-growth technology environments - Knowledge of services-oriented GTM or delivery workflows ❖ Location & Compensation - Bay Area strongly preferred; open to remote candidates - Salary range: $170,000—$200,000 USD ❖ Why Snorkel AI At Snorkel AI, you’ll join a rapidly scaling company with proven solutions and robust funding.
