This hands-on technical role sits at the intersection of data solutions, revenue operations, and sales enablement. You’ll collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, automated solutions that boost seller productivity and campaign effectiveness. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Clay, and Claude Code to streamline seller execution and reduce manual tasks - Build robust data models, ETL pipelines, and enrichment workflows for outbound targeting, account scoring, and operational reporting - Integrate core platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Snowflake, Clay) to ensure reliable data flow and system performance - Audit and simplify existing GTM processes, engineering more efficient solutions for repetitive work - Develop AI-powered agents and workflows to automate research, prospecting, and operational tasks across the revenue organization - Serve as a technical thought partner to GTM leadership, operationalizing strategy through advanced tooling and automation ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or similar technical roles within SaaS or subscription-based businesses - Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for daily workflow automation and data management - Experience building automated workflows with tools like Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms - Strong background in data modeling, ETL pipelines, and platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, or Databricks - Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data management, and integrations - Deep understanding of GTM business processes, pipeline management, and marketing-to-sales handoffs - Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes ❖ Preferred Experience - Familiarity with data enrichment platforms like Clay or ZoomInfo - Experience with AI/LLM tools (Claude, OpenAI, AI agents) and their application in GTM workflows - Exposure to sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong) - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience ❖ Location & Compensation - Remote position open to candidates in the United States or Ontario, Canada - Annual salary range: $100,300 - $150,500 CAD, based on experience, skills, and location - Comprehensive benefits package tailored to local laws and market practices ❖ Why SPS Commerce? - Impactful work: Drive innovation in cloud-based supply chain management and help products reach customers faster - Belonging culture: Join a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and celebrating wins together - Growth opportunities: Access diverse career paths, training, and visibility across roles - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion: We ensure every employee feels accepted, valued, and empowered Ready to make your mark as a Senior GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS?
