❖ The Opportunity: Head of Revenue Operations
As Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll own the full lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll architect and deploy AI-powered GTM workflows, optimize territory design, and drive forecast accuracy in a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a GTM Engineer who thrives on building agentic workflows, leveraging tools like Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, Snowflake, Tableau, and Gainsight.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the entire revenue operations function, including pipeline management, quota setting, deals desk, and GTM process discipline
- Redesign MQL-to-SAL handoff logic to support SecurityScorecard’s evolution into a multi-product solutions platform
- Build and maintain high-quality data systems in Salesforce, ensuring real-time insights and accountability
- Architect AI-native GTM workflows using Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, and other LLM tools
- Drive Salesforce Agentforce implementation, focusing on AI prospecting and quoting, with a strong emphasis on user adoption
- Develop AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and outbound triggers using SecurityScorecard’s threat intelligence
- Own revenue forecasting methodology, delivering proven accuracy and trusted executive reporting
- Manage the full GTM tech stack and data architecture, including Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, n8n, Zapier, Outreach, and Salesloft

- Estimated total compensation: $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus), with eligibility for annual performance-based incentives and equity
