❖ The Opportunity: Revenue Operations Leadership
As Revenue Operations Leader, you’ll own the full lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll design territories, set quotas, manage pipeline health, and lead the Deals Desk function. Your expertise in GTM engineering, AI-native workflows, and analytics will be critical as SecurityScorecard evolves from a ratings company to a multi-product SaaS platform.
- Redesign MQL-to-SAL handoff logic for multiple product lines
- Build alerting and accountability systems to ensure Salesforce data quality
- Optimize territory assignments based on attainment and addressable TAM
- Lead customer insights and drive GTM process discipline at scale
❖ AI-Native GTM Engineering
You’ll architect and deploy agentic GTM workflows using tools like Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, and supporting LLMs. As a hands-on GTM Engineer for B2B SaaS, you’ll drive the Salesforce Agentforce implementation roadmap, focusing on AI prospecting and quoting, and build AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and outbound triggers leveraging SecurityScorecard’s threat intelligence.
- Balance scrappy AI tools with out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions
- Prioritize user adoption alongside technical build
- Integrate cold outbound, HubSpot, and Clay for advanced GTM automation
❖ Forecasting, Analytics & Executive Reporting
You’ll own revenue forecasting methodology, ensuring proven accuracy and executive trust. Automate real-time GTM pulse reporting, drive weekly CRO pipeline reviews, and deliver monthly CFO revenue reports. Communicate GTM performance, forecast risk, and course corrections to senior leadership.
- Build and automate executive-ready analytics
- Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health and efficiency
- Own SLT communications on GTM performance
❖ GTM Tech Stack & Data Architecture
Take ownership of SecurityScorecard’s full revenue technology ecosystem. Manage Salesforce as the system of record, cultivate Snowflake as the data warehouse, and drive Tableau adoption for self-service analytics. Leverage Gainsight for customer insights and GTM intelligence.
- Tech stack includes Salesforce, Salesforce Agentforce (SFAF), Claude/LLMs, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, n8n/Zapier, Outreach/Salesloft
