❖ The Opportunity: Revenue Operations Leadership
As Revenue Operations Leader, you’ll own the full lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll design and optimize territory assignments, pipeline management, quota setting, and deals desk operations for a company growing 20%+ year over year. You’ll also lead the evolution of our MQL-to-SAL handoff logic as SecurityScorecard expands from cybersecurity ratings to a multi-product SaaS platform.
❖ AI-Native GTM Engineering
You’ll architect and deploy agentic GTM workflows using Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, and other AI tools. As a hands-on GTM Engineer for B2B SaaS, you’ll drive the Salesforce Agentforce implementation roadmap, focusing on AI prospecting and quoting. You’ll build AI-powered lead scoring, ICP-fit routing, and signal-based outbound triggers leveraging SecurityScorecard’s threat intelligence. Your expertise in balancing scrappy AI tools with out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions will be critical.
❖ Forecasting, Analytics & Executive Reporting
You’ll own revenue forecasting with proven accuracy, ensuring executive and board trust. Automate real-time GTM pulse reporting for leadership, drive weekly CRO pipeline reviews, and manage monthly CFO revenue reporting. You’ll communicate GTM performance, forecast risk, and course corrections to the senior leadership team.
❖ GTM Tech Stack & Data Architecture
You’ll manage the architecture and data flows of our full revenue technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, and automation tools like n8n and Zapier. You’ll ensure data hygiene, workflow design, and process flows in Salesforce, cultivate Snowflake as our data warehouse, and drive Tableau adoption for self-service analytics. Leverage Gainsight for customer insights and GTM intelligence.

- Proven experience leading Revenue Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Salesforce Agentforce, Claude/LLMs, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, and automation tools
- Strong background in GTM engineering, pipeline management, and AI-powered forecasting
- Ability to design scalable processes and drive adoption of new technologies
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building high-performing teams
